Catering for most European applications, drawing from our vast database of CV joint parameters, DriveLink Autosport and Performance can offer a quick, competitive turnround remanufacturing service for a customer’s original unit, which also includes a rebuilding service for existing original driveshafts, regrinding worn CV joints and supply of replacement inner joint components.

Utilising OE quality universal CNC track grinding cells, DriveLink Autosport and Performance can regrind all CV joint components up to a limiting ball size of 25mm. Bespoke precision fixtures allow measurement of geometrical dimensional accuracy before and after grinding ensuring controlled repeatability. Cutting bits are automatically redressed ensuring optimum track finish quality.

Regrinding form capability includes radial and dual arc (Honda), cross groove VL type, straight and angled track shapes in radial or gothic arch form and French tripod/bear claw type (utilizing in house designed duplicate CNC controlled vertical shaft grinding machines).
